Shipping Policy
All orders ship from Colorado via UPS. You can track your shipment by clicking on "My Account" and "See All Transactions" and then "Click to Track".
Internet orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days and higher volume order processing times are quoted individually. We offer "Ground" shipping (1-5 business days) and "Next Day Air" (1 business day) shipping. Please remember to account for processing times before shipping transit times when planning the arrival of your order. Arrival will depend on destination, selected service level plus order processing time (1-3 business days). We ship orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays via UPS only.
Average shipping charges (for UPS Ground service) per stocking is $15 each and transit time for UPS ground is 1-5 business days. Orders shipped to Canada and Mexico may incur additional charges subject to destination zip code [usually an additional $15].
