We currently ship in U.S. only.
All orders ship from Colorado via FedEx or UPS. You can track your shipment by clicking on "My Account" and "See All Transactions" and then "Click to Track".
Internet orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days and higher volume order processing times are quoted individually. We offer "Ground" shipping (1-5 business days) and "Next Day Air" (1 business day) shipping. Please remember to account for processing times before shipping transit times when planning the arrival of your order. Arrival will depend on destination, selected service level plus order processing time (1-3 business days). We ship orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays via FedEx or UPS.
Average shipping charges (for Ground service) per stocking is $15 each and transit time for Ground is 1-5 business days.
Refund Policy

Unused / unopened merchandise may be returned by mail or small parcel carrier such as FedEx or UPS to us.
